Booking and Availability
How far in advance should I book my session or event?
For standard sessions and events, I recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. If your date is time-sensitive, please book as early as possible.
Special Note for Newborn Sessions:
Newborn sessions are ideally captured when your baby is 5–14 days old. To ensure availability during this window, I recommend booking while you’re still pregnant (ideally your second trimester). I reserve a flexible time frame around your due date so we can schedule the session once baby arrives.

How do I reserve my date?
To secure your date, a $50 non-refundable retainer and a signed digital contract are required. The retainer immediately reserves your spot on my calendar.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand plans can change, and my policies are designed to be fair and clear.
Retainer (Deposit) Policy:
The $50 retainer is non-refundable if you cancel, as it holds your date and prevents me from accepting other bookings.

What happens if the weather is bad? (Outdoor sessions)
If the weather isn’t suitable for an outdoor shoot, we’ll simply reschedule.
There is no fee to reschedule due to weather — your comfort and safety come first.

Preparing for Your Session
How do I prepare for my session?
A little preparation helps us create relaxed, beautiful images. Here’s what to keep in mind:
For all sessions:
• Wear comfortable clothing in colours that complement your skin tones — neutrals always photograph beautifully.
• Avoid neon colours, harsh patterns, and large logos.
• Make sure everyone has eaten and is rested.
• Bring water, snacks, and essentials (especially for little ones).
• Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin without feeling rushed.

For newborn sessions:
• Feed baby just before the session for a sleepy, settled start.
• Keep your home warm to help baby stay comfortable.
• Prepare any wraps, outfits, or sentimental items you’d love included.
• Don’t stress about fussing — newborn sessions are designed with plenty of time for feeds and settling.

For family sessions:
• Don’t pressure kids to pose — natural movement and play create the best photos.
• We’ll save the classic “everyone-looking-at-the-camera” shot for the end, once everyone has relaxed.
• Bring a comfort item or favourite toy if it helps little ones feel secure.
• Relax and enjoy the time together — a genuine connection always photographs beautifully.

Can I bring pets?
Absolutely! Pets are always welcome — they’re a special part of the family.
Can extra family members join the session?
Yes! I love when grandparents, aunties, uncles, or extended family join in.
If you’re bringing a larger group, just let me know beforehand so we can set expectations, choose the right location, or add extra time if needed.

Delivery and Editing
When will I receive my photos?
For standard sessions and events up to 3 hours, your edited gallery will typically be delivered within 2 weeks.
Newborn galleries may take slightly longer due to the additional editing involved, but I’ll always keep you updated.
If you need your photos urgently, a 48-hour rush option is available.

This includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching in my clean, natural style.

This allows you to download, print, and share your images for personal, non-commercial use as many times as you like.
I retain the copyright, which means:
• You may not sell the photos.
• You may not edit or heavily retouch them yourself.
• You may not submit them to contests or publications without written permission.
